    This stock isn't going anywhere quick.
    Someone is trying to hold this at 12 cents. The buy at 11.5 cents and the sell at 12.5 cents mirror one another. I don't believe it is people that sold at 12c trying to buy back at 11.5c and those buying at 12c trying to sell at 12.5c. Something else going on here. Call me cynical.
