NO need for apologies, as it was NOT you, it was another comment. Your post was quite fine and I understood what you meant.
As for VPG, Im happy to buy at a higher price & trade in a new price range, but I expect to hold it as a long term as well.
All these property stocks are waaayyyyyy underpriced and IMO have massive upswing once things improve abit more.
