shareholders view Mal as the messiah, seems like he is just trying in vain to hold off the inevitable.
i wouldnt worry about Mal being in bed with Nick. Im sure Mal's email to Nick was just a courtesy, there is no way Mal would have stood for Nick to be reappointed to the board while legal questions were present.
