Dear Fellow Shareholder,

I attach correspondence that the present Zylotech board is too intimidated to announce. The material is no longer confidential and has been picked up by several journalists who monitor the internal postings within the ASX.

All I ask, is for transparency and respect from the present board to ALL shareholders, the arrogance of the present board disgusts me. As you will read from the correspondence I am prepared to financially support Zylotech and respectfully I would like all shareholders to vote on these very important resolutions. As apposed to the present board (3 of the 4 directors we have not voted in) making decisions that I believe are no longer up to them to make.

I strongly suggest you contact the present directors and ask why they have not acted in a more timely and professional manner.
