SYDNEY, July 30 (Reuters) - A wrong trade at a brokerage saw shares in QBE Insurance Group Ltd (ASX: QBE.ax) , Australia's top insurer by premium income, sold for as little as a tenth of a cent, triggering a tumble in the benchmark index.
