This is one of the worst constructed announcements I have ever seen.It may also have been leaked ahead of time which along with the end of tax year would be responsible for the current sp.
If they raise funds like they did last time it is possible that there may be a share overhang for another year as the short-term investors sell down . (The next cap raising could be at 70 cents or less at this rate.)
The announcement should have had an updated time schedule but there was nothing.
I am losing respect for this management.
