Haven't really looked into that part. Really only looked at total debt, so can't comment on value. But I would think, given he was about right on the debt side of things, jdvic would be close. Note though, I wasn't talking about CNP debt, I was talking about total debt over all the group and funds. So what jdvic needs to realise is that whilst what he says might be correct, a portion of the left over has to go to the other unit holders as well as CNP.
