nice t/a, people also need to relise that the market has slumped since all this re-financing situation has occured. just look at all the listed property trusts, they are all operating way under there NTA.
If you are thinking of putting money into CNP, then i suggest you check out CER. I personally believe CER will offer more in the short term.
