Seems all the Opec producers are desperately ramping up production so they can begin their respective share of any production cuts from the highest level possible.
Its questionable if they will agree on any cuts, and doubtful if they adhere to them.
I was surprised they recently got POO to low $50's on jawboning alone. Thankfully HZN took advantage with the recent additional hedging.
