I don't think it's unreasonable for Charles and co. to have a funding plan that's close to being implemented. Problem is there clearly isn't one that's close and while there are other junior miners in startup phase currently arranging funding and a plan for the future the crickets are again chirping loudly in the AXO board room.

Really happy they got the grant for the water though...perhaps it can be used to make the grass grow a little quicker around the Balla Balla project office and we can post the pics to this thread to watch our progressive company in action!lol
