    If substantial holders and instos were selling we'd know about it. For now assume management is working its but off to reach a palatable cost level. Management obviously going for more time to lower cost prior to ANN. The theory is there - we now rely on them to make the best possible decisions to make it happen. So where will DML be in 12 months?
