The SP now may look like a bargain, but the average 12 mnth target based on reports I have access to seems to be around $21. Been a rough year for WBC, although I have faith in a longer term 3 year outlook. Short term I don't think it's a bargain, longer term maybe.
Let's hope dividend yields are not further reduced.
