The quarterly report dated 28 April referred, once again, to "Contingent" and "Prospective" Resources. As BoD is investigating pipeline feasibility intuitively one may suggest it best to know the "size of the prize" and move this to "Reserves" before such large capital expenditure.
Alternatively the BoD may be considering the IHR investment strategy- drive cash holdings to minimal and then "auction" off the company to the highest bidder.
