It is a well known fact amongst brokers that Michael King's holding is held by Tricom Margin Lending. I would hate to think how much the margin loan was for. It was estimated that if MFS came on below $2 per share, a Margin call would trigger. I would say Tricom will sell most of those on Day 1 that MFS comes on.
