    I tend to agree AP,
    It seems like a COP out to blame cappers for the disappointing 12 month SP performance.

    Is it even remotely possible?
    Could a large company churn millions of shares to suppress a SP?
    This is the trouble when the SP doesn't match the OTT rhetoric.
    Something doesn't add up.
