With HDR my memory is that broker mercilessly pushed it down ahead of each CR (or rather got their clienst out at a higher price knowing they could offer them cheaper at the CR). Then after hitting a peak of near $2.50 the share price was driven down in the months ahead of the T/Oto closer to $1.00-$1.25, I suspect by the brokers for Tallow, making the takoeover offer of $2.02 look good. Part of the reason for the fall it must be admitted was problems with production. Nevertheless when the takeover came the price was a lot lower than it had been!!
