    Once and for all,

    Nature of Indirect Interest: Mr Strothotte is a director of and shareholder in Glencore International AG, the holder of the securities.

    Glencore holds the securities, no grey area here.

    This appears on every one of the change of directors interest statements of late. Strothotte and Glasberg are Glencore. Glencore is Strothotte and Glasberg.
