I have just voted online FOR all resolutions.
Especially FOR Resolution 6 - Under the proposed issue pursuant the MPA, up to 273,876,706 Shares will be issued at the greater of
3.3c per share or
15 day VWAP
but capped at 4.3c
NLC India Limited and NMDC Limited and their nominees will hold approximately 10% of ESI issued capital.
