Facts about AJQ - IMO one of the best plays in the industry and has the potential to be much bigger than ARROW
1) Potential known and proven petroleum systems 2) Resource estimated at 60 TCF - 1 TCF equivalent to providing for 1 million people for 20 years 3) Heads of agreement with APA group 4) Good infrastructure in existence so little required 5) 7 out of 7 wells drilled in Queensland and NT provided gas shows (100% success strike rate) 6) 133000 + tenements with all permits and approvals in place and land owners all pro AJQ activity. 7) More attractive than cOOPER bASIN 8) COOPER BASIN shales start at 3500mtrs where as AJQ start between 1500mtrs to 3000mtrs so less cost recovery 9) Australian first to get gas flowing from shale formation (hydraulically fracked well) - 1000 m depth Managed to flow gas fro surface from cracked zone- pumped alot of liquids into ground as part of frackking process 10) Govt. figures show shortage of 10 - 15 TCF 11) Looking to find J/V rather than capital raising which they say they are progressing with. 12) Gas is close to pipeline gas so no c02 to process which dramatically reduces cost and time
