    heading towards a year and half low- may retest 16c and if so i WILL BUY MORE AT THIS LEVEL- Guess the issue right now is no activity and RAINY SEASON SO NOTHING HAPPENING UNTIL may 2014 and funds a bit lean -

    What do others think ? 17c possible?
