The only way this is getting to 3 cents is on a 10-1 consolidation imo, I think they will go heavier 25-1 , then CR, hope they don't do a CR now, remember 1 BILLION shares were recently issued at 0.003c.
Cash at 30Jan was under $800k so would need CR asap imo
