As per last year, 12 experts were asked to pick their best bets for the next 12 months. Roger picked MCE. It is down 52 % from that time and by a long shot the worst performer so far, with 2 months to go. Go Roger !. I hope they review all these choices, some of these experts do need their feet held to the fire and held accountable.
