ASX always under performs.
World has low opinion of the quality of the humans in Australia, all it wants are the minerals at low grade and all the debt to be paid back (Australia relies greatly on overseas investment funds and low grade immigrants arriving after being exiled elsewhere).
Otherwise BHP would have a better CEO and Chair (not the underperforming couple of mugs at the moment).
