How dare they charging 12% - it shows the arrogance and contempt Mather & Co have for their shareholders. How about doing some marketing and spruiking around town to get the share-price to it's fair market value. Use a PR company if the company hasn't got the talents to do it's job. And, above all, stop the cash burn, treat the business like you would own it and SAFE !
