I moved to the Pilbara in mid 2005 from Qld,and worked as a contractor on BHP sites and later became a direct employee, at that stage didn't even know what a tonne of IO was worth, that next year BHP gave their employees an extra bonus of 5K at Christmas on top of their usual annual bonus,that's how much money they were making around that time I saw a tenement map for a fledgling exploration company called FMG they had around 64 thousand hectares under tenement I thought they might be the next BHP? seeing as BHP had only around 6400 Ha. under tenement and RIo had 9100Ha. under tenement, in Jan 2008 I went to work @FMG and still do in those early days the price of IO was still of little interest to me as I thought yeah they dig it up and sell it for a profit,during this period IO was peaking at around $150US a tonne,no wonder Mr.Forrest was so obsessive about us sending as much ore as we could at that time,I remember BHP sailing a 40 million dollar ship during this time that's when spot market took over from the yearly contract deals and still remains the way of business today, but I digress with some background info,in 2009 I was made aware of a company FDS that apparently while looking for diamonds in the Pilbara had stumbled upon a lot of IO to the possible tune of hundreds of millions of tonnes ( came from drillers talking at the pub) which as we all know has turned out to be more like a Billion tonnes and counting,I instantly thought the next FMG,so invested some money as a specy and then over the years took up all but 1 of the CR's, so to have a greedy self interest only mob such as Todd come and attempt to basically 'steal' my investment out from under me and countless other mums & dads investors is totally unacceptable I will continue to fight this to best of my financial ability and will stand shoulder to shoulder with my FMSU brothers and sisters till the bitter end no matter what way it pans out,so David Mc Adam if your reading this post take this sentiment & run back to your masters and deliver the message we will not be defeated you have been blocked at every turn so far so the sooner you either leave altogether ( our preference ) or take us to production as a public company and share the profits which are rightfully ours the better.

What the Todd controlled Board have stolen from we FMS shareholders is information about the resource. The almost completed BFS and results of the Maturity thing.
