    Other reports are showing the banks require a guarantor's backing to allow this to happen to do this kind of lending. That seems then to be a sound way to go for the banks and allows the investor to leverage further and make some very handsome gains thanks to negative gearing/depreciation/natural growth which is now self evident and of course you fellas paying your rent on time.

    The only ones able to do this are the ones who have built up collateral on other properties and got onto the property ladder.Simple really and designed for winners.
