Dilution is the enemy here.

It seems things are settling down and sp can head back to a buck.

It HAS to....or 60 mill will turn into 120 mill (very few will be exercised)

They need the 70 mill and if need be it will be a free oppie for each underwritten share.

Even at $1.15......marcus etc will get the 50%....one freebie for each.....livable but realistically the most hopeful possibility.

Dilution will be a key over the next month or so imo.
