As I understood it, legally, BOC held the mining rights to Panguna and several other prospects. Is there talk of the ABG "nationalizing" Panguna?
They will under O'Neill and also landowners were very receptive by all reports to Coleman at recent meeting in Buka.
Cannot wait for elections to be over, O'Neill in Charge and the JSB meeting.
