from one of my previous posts, (20 May at 13:18), after submitting the required papers, the Marine Corp then have to choose a winner for the award of an EMD contract - that contract is all about design, development and engineering -- how long it will take the Marine's to award the EMD after 10 July I do not know.. I haven't read through all the links you and adder provided yet - but the important thing for today, the RFP has been announced, it seems - surprised the company hasn't followed this up with an announcement, stating it will be submitting... maybe later
