my estimate of today's announcement is 120 million tonnes certainly proven and 300 million tonnes easily acheiveable by the area outlined in the diagram.
The red drill holes define a resources of 7,000 metres long x 1,200 metres wide x at least 7 metres thick x bulk density factor of 2.08 = 122m tonnes
the area outlined in the diagram = at least 8,000 metres long x 2,600 metres wide x at least 7 metres thick x bulk density factor of 2.08 = 302m tonnes
the bulk density factor i borrowed from announcement "May 29 2009 Athabasca Potash Inc. Announces an Updated Potash Resource".
The ELM grades are slightly higher than the Athabasca grades therefore the density factor could increase to 2.2
