    And with 350 in capex if they just teamed up with AVL for TIVAN they double revenue and futureproof it all for about the same spend....why haven't they at least run their ore through our studies? Is it just a speed to market issue? Lack of a commercial working plant? Maybe they see themselves having paid off a plant before the price heads south...
