Have a read of the announcement on 25 May 2018. It states "Perilya will also be subject to a standstill in relation to acquiring a shareholding of greater than 25% in MYL for a period of two years". At a guess i think it means that Perilya had the ability to purchase stock in that two year period above their 19.9% holding but no greater than 25% and that as of the 25th of this month, that no longer applies. I don't know what that means for how it may influence Perilya's on market behavior though from the 25th onwards.
