NAB has been under the pump for some time. Today a strong rumour suggests NAB may announce another downgrade in earnings. Please note this is only a rumour and is the basis of our opinion.
NAB in our opinion will come under further selling pressure mainly due to fundamental issues outside of the above rumour
Technically NAB has increased recently on light volume. NAB still remains in an downtrend and we believe after today's move south this trend is about to resume. The RSI indicator has turned down, and the moving average indicators look set to cross to the negative.
