For me I want better what we have is not looking after the Australian people good enough so what we need is Health Ministers to look at their portfolio and work to improve, not working at how much they can screw the system. In manufacturing we call it continuous improvement. We dont have enough nurses, doctors and equipment to support them would be a good start.
