124 Millions shares were sold to multiple buyers we don't know institutions or retails, but likely the former.
It is not sold in the market, it is a off market auction at an agreed price.
NCM didn't want the sale to have a negative impact in EVN SP, because it is not doing any good to themselves. they still have 14.9% shares left.
It appears NCM has to off load the shares as they are under stress of huge amount of debt. I can easily Google related information in recent media coverage.
EVN now has:
1. Over 400K ounces production.
2. Lower gearing and more cash.
3. Multiple production mines.
4. PE of lower than 8-9.
5. NCM has now less power overhead.
I maybe on the positive side a bit, would like to hear some comments on the other side...
