I believe that there are a mixture of holders wanting to sell at 12c.
1. Traders wanting to exit their position at either a profit or loss
2. Traders wanting to free up trading capital to enter a position on other stocks
3. Accumulators wanting to forcefully 'display' an apparant wall at 12c and placing fake sell orders, so that holders are scared off at selling at 11.5c levels. I dont if anyone noticed but some comparably large sell orders just.. disappeared.

AYN has traded the last 2 days in a very similar fashion.
It appears that sellers are happy to leave their sell orders at 12c, and buyers are happy to leave their buy orders at 11.5c.
11.5c level got line wiped both days with larg-ish orders being put through, and both days finished on its high at 12c, which is great. There has also been constant 'at market' buys at 12c outside of visible market depth. Its a bit like the calm before the storm scenario and i think once the news hits, that AYN IS A REAL PRODUCER OF SILVER, this will all just be part of history.. I cant wait..
