I think u will find that it's just a straight forward duel listing that allows others to buy the AVA shares. They probably did it because of the coal asset but they could just as easily drop it off the exchange if they want to or sold the coal asset. It's really a venture capital exchange and not the big board. It hardly ever trades over there. Looks like it might have been a solid political sort of move to demonstrate a determination to stay and do business there, but who knows. I doubt it would cost anything of consequence and it should hardly matter to us. You could ring the company if I need more info.
