I'm expecting some good action over the next couple of weeks:

- cash reserves of 7.5c per share
- Anthony (CEO) currently in Madagascar working on progressing the Independent Power Producer (IPP) license
- Imalato coal project in Madagascar with a NPV of approx 25c per share
- Major shareholder Bushveld last week took another 10% of the register via off market script purchase taking their holdings to around 58%. The deal included a clause that Bushveld will pay the sellers any premium of any price offered in a takeover to remaining LMR shareholders that occurs in the next 6 months
- I spoke with Anthony this week and Bushveld are currently in communications with the remaining big blocks of minorities
