12c is indeed abit disappointing. however, given they are raising 3mil. the speed in which they get the cash from the cap raise is much faster than a public cap raise which may take weeks and potentially stagnate the share price during this period.
At least now the cap raise is over and done with and personally i prefer this cap raise than to tap into the baycrest deal.
Anyway. we are up at the moment =)
