Swapped forums....
Basically we got $12.5m and only had to issue ~65m shares for it. So 12/65 = ~16.5c a share (I rounded up). I know $6m was for "license fees"...but that's just semantics really.
Given the overall deal was to fund the plant... I see it as a ~17c placement.
