This placement was a very strategic move to raise once and for all - deal done - the attaching doc was only a formality to satisfy conditions.
The fact that the insto has that much confidence in the project, and OVR are satisfying all conditions relating to financial input should secure them a very nice future!
Might take some time to sink in, as people are wasting ink sending off cheques though!!!
When they realise they are not entitled they'll have to buy on market.
