contact the company to clarify if you want to buy fisho... normally if a company is seeking to sell to small retail investors they will unambiguously target them with a share purchase plan or as part of a rights issue. in this case it looks like they are trying to/have arranged a bulk placement through a broker... but i could be wrong.
