Good news...
Such placements typically see junior reaction on the first few days after announcement, before a gradual return to previous levels.
Some serious money is telling us all there is real value in Andrews and while discounted to market, it is a pretty good deal for such a minnow to pull off.
This new money will also likely support the stock going forward, help improve liquitity and result in a far more attractive proposition for others.
It's a buy and look away stock...come back in 6 months and see where it is.
