so who had 24m shares to sell?

looking through changes in substantial shareholder notices, no one did.

according to these notices the following parcels are held:

JP Morgan Chase 14,770,000 at 5 march

UBS 10,901,878 at 8 feb

MM&E capital 7,390,496 at 30 jan

then looking at the target's statement on 25 jan 07, the following shareholders also exist:

Anglo Pacific 16,725,989

RAB Energy Fund 7,490,000


now i didnt see the transaction(s) but were there 1 or 2? looking at the title of the thread, it looks like 2 trades if the first was 12,000,000.


as per target's statement 25 jan 07, OMC share capital was:

144,680,060 shares
9,790,000 options

so the above holders have 57,278,363 between them, or 37% of the share capital.

a combination of 2 or 3 of the above may have sold to one of the others, or to denision. did anyone see the exact trade numbers??
