With a salary of $300 000 per annum I think that Mr Wang is sitting pretty at the moment. He can do absolute nothing for the next 8 years...in fact he has amply proven that.
Remember that name...make sure he is never allowed to work for any company for the remainder of his life.
Further to that I suggest any holders pressure ASIC to find out what they ar up to. I smell a really rotten fish here.
At the next AGM make sure you reduce his salary to $30000 per annum since he is doing fark all with your money.Make them accountable for their work. At the moment, he is worth nothing to the investor let alone $300 000 per annum.
