    In the past I've been highly critical of the company to the point where I quit hotcopper for quite some time because the financial impact of my investment decsions meant that I had nothing but negativity to say.

    However as a shareholder and someone who is hopefully a little wiser I really appreciate the hard work you and your team have been putting in during these tough financial times.
