"No but an interesting risk proxy me thinks"

I must have spent 100's of hours listening and reading about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in the past 12 months.

* from software engineers who say its just a glorified database and slow at that
* to the lunatics who rabbit on about privacy, fiat currencies and store of value
* to informed people those who think its a brilliant idea whose time will come, smart contracts, disintermediation, trust
* to those who think there is nothing there, and whatever little there is, it relies of real world exchanges and real world currency off-ramps

I'm still none the wiser.

(I am however convinced that AI will become a multi-trillion dollar industry)
