Anyone with relevant past experience will be a very valuable asset when it comes to commissioning, ramp up and production. The other piece of the puzzle is getting the flowsheet right. Not sure how much influence he will have on this aspect.
My spies tell me Ambatovy is producing but not at nameplate. I believe there are challenges at both the minerals processing plant and the refinery, which are some several hundred kms apart.
Btw Sally this isnt a 'great find'. It was on the website for all to see.
