As good a basis as any. Hard to see what is going on on the ground in China. It is a cloudy situation,
SRI and Friedland are competitors for the real estate even though Barker has a board seat on Pu Neng.
My impression is that Barker as a geologist has hands-on experience, IP, and contacts; but Friedland has the financial and political clout.
It seems like Barker has a fishing license but no guarantees with Pu Neng,
as Friedland controls.
There are some indications of differences between Barker and Friedland,
probably going back to the deal that gave Barker the 18% of Pu Neng and a Board seat...doubtless he felt that Friedland was stingy with him.
Anything could happen.
