I don't see the dilution of approx 40% as a good thing and I'm surprised that the sp has stood up so well. I guess the biggest positive is the paying down of debt which reduces uncertainty. I think it may well trade below the 13.50 raising perhaps if the stock is shorted in March. What do others think?
